Outreach Program on the Run..

As it was first relayed to us, that there will be having a program with regards to I.T Rural Development many of us were puzzled. Questions lingered on our minds. What was it ? What are we going to do? Exchange of ideas roamed around the circle. Everyone has it's own perspective of what the program is all about.
